Worksheet

Here is a worksheet to help outline an effective training program. The column on the left presents Robert Gagne's outline for an effective learning program. Use the column on the right to make notes and plan your program. As a final step, list the times for each section in the column on the left and check to see if you have set aside enough time for practice and have not tried to cover too much material in one program.
